Damn is the suspension nice and tight. No more bouncy ride at all. What I noticed the most is ZERO body roll while turning. Its a BIG difference from factory sport suspension to H&R Race/Bilstein Sport shocks. The drop looks very nice. I'll post pics up as soon as I get some time.
The custom FK 2.5" Piping is pretty nice. The only thing is it hangs out a little too much for me. This will be fixed hopefully next time I go in for my new downpipe. Took the car out for a rip and it seems a little peppier, nothing too crazy but definitely noticable in the higher RPM's. The exhaust note is quiet too.
Overall the suspension was my happiest install out of all the mods i've done. The Jetta feels like a new ride.

IMO the bilsteins and the race are a perfect setup.. probably the exact same as the H&R cupkit.. if the roads are bumpy its not as stiff as coils but its still there i dunno for the looks and the way it handles its awesome.. if the roads are smooth well all you have is one super handling smooth azz ride
I havent gone in for a wheel alignment yet. Should I do this? I dont think my wheel bearings are loose. Except my rear left hand side sounds like its crunching more for some odd reason. The suspension was a flat $245 fee.
The exhaust took a little longer with the welding but it was well worth it. I thought I would spend the extra few bucks to get a new catback.

I took a couple right hand turns at 55km'h and it hugged easily.

The ride isnt that bad. Its not too bumpy at all. It definitely feels better then floating all over the place with factory sport suspension. I dont even know why they called it sport suspension. But if you are looking for something thats not too low the H&R Race/Bilstien sport combo is very good.

mike i was just buggin with the wheel bearing thing..
since you live in the ridge try this.. be in 4th coming from crowchild into the hood shift into 3rd at about 100KM/hr and go around the corner right as your get 1/2 way through floor it and your car will screetch(mine does) but you'll zip around that 40km/hr rated corner like nuttin
edit.. not too low?? wait for it to settle.. goes to perfect drop
edit.. put your name in your sig dude..
