Drill a hole and start pumping air into it, i'm sure the german sealants don't leak. 200PSI should pop that dent out.

There are many things wrong with this statement here:
- German sealants are the same as other sealants
- Sealant cannot withstand 200psi in this type of application even if the ends of the rockers were fully sealed
- 200psi won't be able to pop out a dent in a rocker panel

The best option is to either cut and weld on a new section of rocker and re-seal and re-paint it or to do what colin said and try to pull it with a slide hammer.

Hmmm i wonder how much it would be to take it to a shop, because i neither posses the skill nor tools. I know colin said most pdr Guys won't touch this so might be added to my spring break tune on my car
