Well this happened last night. My jack collapsed right after i removed my axle stands and it put a giant dent in my car any of you know of anything that might be able to remove it ?
okay, so as you can see by the super bent threads in the picture above, here is the story of how i almost died...... so the first 3 spacers went on perfectly smooth and i adjusted the coils. as for the rear left tire went, not so good. as i began to jack the tire up so it sat just above the ground, the car moved just a teeny tiny little bit. (i now know why: because my e brake is only working on my rear right) this caused the jack to fail, crash down and bust the jack. but LUCKILY not on my hub, but even more importantly any part of my body. somehow the jack stayed under the car and high enough so that no damage was done to the car. eric came to the rescue with jay's jack and everything seemed to be okay. but HOLY S*** did it scare the life out of me. i was only so lucky that i was not reaching my hand underneath the car at the time that it came down.
quoted myself from when it happened. scary moment forsure. anyways im not really too sure what could be done other than putting some side skirts on, it will definitely cover it up nicely.
