Couldn't he have just rolled the fenders instead? That is pur hotness regardless.
If I were that guy though, I'd be thinking, "What the hell have I done?" during that in between phase with all those tack welds.

Rolling fenders just smoothes the inside lip of the fender to reduce the rubbing. Pulled fenders brings them out and allows for wider wheels. Custom fenders allows for whatever the hell you can imagine! That car will look super hot!!!Blair
