I've never seen anything like that in person, but I have seen running shoes and coffee mugs on roofs of cars. I've also seen wallets on trunks. All while the car was driving down the road. I guess some people just aren't paying attention.

i used to work at a full serve gas station....seen it tons of times...prob happens once every 2-3 weeks lol funny as hell!
