Props to C1

I just wanted to send out a thanks to the guys at C1. I know a few on here have had bad experiences but I wanted to share a little story. Some of you may have seen my problems getting a rivnut to stick on the driver's side of the subframe on my GTI. I called C1 and they fit me in the next day to install, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Unfortunately that night when I tried to install the skid plate the one they installed pulled out before I could torque the bolt down. No big deal, I was surprised they were able to get one to stay in at all since I had tried 3 times and all 3 pulled out. Anyway, they got me back in a couple days later and put in another insert and tack welded it in place to make sure it didn't pull out. They also fixed the middle rivnut which I had cross threaded and couldn't back out because it was spinning.

They got everything sorted and didn't charge a cent on my second trip and sorted out my mess up as well as a tricky rivnut.

Always love hearing these stories. I have always had very good luck with the parts department at C1. They are always able to order in parts super quick and almost always have what I need. They are definitely my first choice when buying parts and I will continue to shop there! Props C1!
