I got a cheap set of wood trim handles for the MK4 and I figured I'd wrap them in some brushed metal di-noc I had already.
I really like the result, it looks very much like the brushed aluminum R32 trim. I pulled the wood trim off before applying the Di-noc so I actually have some of the wrap going around to the back. I think this will keep it on when I glue them back onto their bases.
Now I just need to deal with the soft touch. Should I strip it with some cleaner or go over it with plasti-dip?
