    They look the same to me....just the one on the VW is painted with a satin/flat black and the other one is glossy.

      ones in the ad have an ugly bubbled lip around the lug holes, where as the VW/Audi ones have a smooth edge.

          Since this popped up in my quest for some infos, just thought I'd post that they are 18" 5x114.3 steelies, if anyone cared to know.

          Adapters were used to fit to a 5x100 car, but for the 5x112 crowd, wobble bolts will suffice.

          They are Ford Explorer sourced steelies that were powder coated crinkle black. They were driven on for almost 100k kms with no bends/cracks to the wheels, so not sure about the "structural integrity" comment earlier.

          Bad info shouldn't be perpetuated
