Asr light then turbo???

When I switch my ecu setting to my stage 2 chipping my asr went on and stayed on. Then when I started it up this morning and its gone then when I'm driving around my boost suddenly drops to half of what it should be? Do you guys think there's any corililation or just a coincidence?
