Where to buy sun visors for mk4 R32?

so i broke my sun visor on the passenger side of the R this morning, stupid konig seat that rubs the top of the head liner/visor! arrgh

so where can i get a replacement? also are there any visors out there you can buy which fit in, but that extend? i find the stock ones cant block out anything
