mk4 HELIX Headlights

I bought my R32 with them installed
Today one of the low beam bulbs decided to burn out on me as well as I noticed moisture build up in the the other headlight...

I am wondering if anyone has rebuilt their headlight here and maybe give me a little input.
As well does anyone know of a place in Calgary to buy replacement bulbs?
