i was thinking of doing it to my stockies but kinda scared from reading horror stories on vortex with taping off the reflective stuff some tapes will pull it off

It all depends on how good a job you do. But if you mess up, you don't get to try again! I think a person could make their headlights look better than most. Body-matching the surrounds would look cool on a Jetta...KR

Ryan: If you wreck your lights and need to borrow stock headlights *just for a couple weeks* until you can get replacements then you can borrow mine temporarilly. I don't have bulbs though.KR
