Need help replacing front wheel bearings. Beer included ;)

    That SIR tool has worked on many front VW wheel bearings, although right now mine is sitting in the front of a box truck with the rest of my garage sitting in front of it. Simple tool, 30 mins a side is what it took me from raising the the car up, to putting it back down.

    Problem with removing the knuckle is that you pretty much have to do an alignment after, which can add up fast. Just doing my own + Family wheel bearing I have saved the cost of the tool twice over in alignments.

          Yep, getting paid Wednesday by the new owners, new house in Black Diamond will be ready in Nov, so I get to stay at my inlaws till then, yay

          What to look forward to is my new 3 car garage that is just shy of 800 sq ft in Black Diamond.

              Anyways enough thread derailing for now, got the job done and didn't even have to use a slide hammer, just a gear puller
