This is the car last year where the guy sold it to somebody else after a verbal/text agreement was made with me. He bought it for 13,000 i think, and it does have a salvage title on it. I can try and dig up the carfax on it. Car was bought and fixed by autobahn in edmonton about 3 or 4 years ago IIRC

Yeah saw that made conditional offer upon inspection on it. Now seeing its rebuilt and I think it's an American car so wouldnt that mileage be in miles also?

                Re: Wow...kijiji cheap find

Nope you can convert the miles to kms via vagcom, mine are in km's too. But strange thing is that when it was for sale before in september it was only at 117,000kms. That means this guy drove ~37,000kms in the last 9 months, that is a crap load of km's and anything could have happened to the car in that time. Also not entirely sure that this guy knows a lot about cars because i do not believe the Miro's were even available in 19x7, thought they were only 8,9,10 for the STP1's...

His advertisement is also lying, he is not the second owner of the car, the PO owned the car for only ~10,000kms before he sold it. So i would take a very very very close look at the car to see what type of condition the car is actually in now that this guy has owned it

Yeah even at 8k you could still be buying an 8000 dollar interior and body kit.

                    $10k now. Wtf?

Too much for rebuilt status IMO.

Yeah thats what Dylan said. I guess he doesnt know why its rebuilt.

I'd gladly but it for 6500 though and rape all the gli parts, swap them put for regular mk4 ones and sell it for cheap.

For $6500, I'd swap all of the GLI parts on to a TDI to make a GLD That would be even more special than the Golf GTD in Europe! haha

Yeah super sketch. He won't say how it was damaged. And once I Started asking questions he quit talking to me. Sounds like a good car to stay away from.
