I've done the fob antenna mod on my last jetta. Combined with the chin trick the distance was unreal.

i can unlock my car from miles away with the chin trick..

Distance on my old car was over 400ft with the antenna range extender mod btw....it was wicked awesome.

That reminds me that I still need to extend the keyfob range on this car....

Didn't get around to it, woops. Have the program downloaded, Tuesday's usually my day to work on the car, so I'll do it tomorrow and report back

Jay check your CCM module number to check if you can do it! It only works on one certain model

I think it's 2003+

Edit: Yeah it's generation 3 CCM. 2002+
