ah ok thanks man! I figured you'd be the guy!! I saw your thread there so nobody has this particular cable to make it happen? There are many similar ones on ebay I'm tempted to get one but I want it to be the right cable! Any help would be appreciated!

stefan did it on my passat with vag-dos......should be the same for the mk4's

As far as I know it works on certain mkiv's but not others. Also you can really mess something up I've heard as well.'be worth a try though I think. This coupled with the fob antenna mod and it would be awesome.

I've done the fob antenna mod on my last jetta. Combined with the chin trick the distance was unreal.
