hey guys, i just picked up my coils this afternoon. i plan on doing the install sometime this upcoming week and i would rather not have to pay 90+ bucks an hour getting them professionally installed. i have absolutely no experience installing coilovers and was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping me and eric install them. i would be more than happy to supply beers and make a good time out of it! thanks for the help guys!

Re: coilover install party?
where in the city are you? do you have access to a garage?! Although helpful but not necessary you need an impact gun (electric works), the strut spreader tool (other stuff works but this thing works best) and some spring compressors. Of course a jack (2 makes it a lot easier) and jack stands. Let me know when you were thinking and I'll see if I can help out.Bagged 2004 Jetta GLS 1.8T Stage 2 Unitronic, 2016 Tiguan R-Line , S13 SR20DET, Mk2 VR6 Project, 2011 Dodge Ram 1500

Re: coilover install party?
My coilovers should be here by next Thursday at the latest...I have a 3 bay shop, and all else needed to to both installs...however, I am in Kananaskis and 4:30 pm is the earliest we could start. My rims are finished and ready...so IMA be doing this next week regardless. Let me know...this thread...or PM.Hers 2009 Audi A4 6sp manual

Re: coilover install party?
unfortunatly i have absolutly 0 tools. but i do believe eric has most of them as he said above. i think kananaskis may be a little too far of a trip, just incase i something does go wrong (no idea what that would be). but thanks for the offer!
