Moly grease

I'm currently installing a new fx 400 clutch and the Bentley says to use Molly grease on the throw out bearing and input shaft, what kind does everybody use and where did you pick it up ?

I would use that but, it doesn't have a high enough heat rating

I also have redline cv-2 grease - with red moly - but it comes in a 14oz tube

Do you have mk4 golf front rub strips ? And rear valance ?

And I dont have the front molding for the golf, only the rear
