Couple of busy weekends!

Hey everyone,

I'm new in Calgary but not new to vw's. Since being in Calgary I have given a few friends a hand with their cars over the past few weekends. Nothing fancy, just a couple of fun mk4's.

Blairs GTI, the basics:

two weekends ago did a top end rebuild on the car, its fun.

Brents GTI, the basics:

Last weekend installed bags

2001 GTI 12v VR6

Dual 400cc compressors
Dual 3 gal airtanks
Airlift V2 managment
Airlift slam xl struts
Airlift rear bags





Now I just need to make time to tackle the few projects I have sitting around my garage!

Anytime I've ridden in the car it has been great. Not too much lag was the main thing I liked! Blair says the same, he'd only go larger if he stroked the engine or bored it to be a 2.0 or a 2.2.

I'm assuming you're talking about the silver one? It's not my car, just a friends. It has a Reiger rear lip/skirts and R front bumper.

haha no he hasn't, its still covered in stickers. Kurt and Blairs ongoing competition for who has the quickest car is funny, Blair just put street slicks on his car and can actually hook up this year, should be interesting.
