Did some work on the car today.

Finally lost some 4x4 status today. Installed new coil overs. Here's a pic and one of the bay which I've been slowly plugging away at. There's plenty of room to go down with the coils, but I'm happy with this height and have already succeeded in bottoming out once already (note to others, watch the pot holes pulling out of the car wash at centex on center street). Looking forward to loosing the winter rubber soon, fingers crossed.

The GTI looks Great! I really should do something to mine soon, but I have been too busy working on the 02 Lotus... I haven't got pics at the moment.. We pulled the transmission to driveshaft seals and installed coil packs etc..

I'm going to wait a couple more weeks before swapping my wheels out. I have a trip to BC coming up soon, so I was thinking I'll wait until after that.
