The Year of the Rabbit

So I picked up this Rabbit to daily in the winter while the mk4 is on bucket status.


Last Sunday the clutch went so I pm'd Natty and he had the parts right away! Props to great service and he even delivered to SAIT!! I have to admit the looks I got riding the train at rush hour with a clutch and flywheel were quite funny.

No thats not the plan. Eventually when the mk4 is done, ill bite into this. Here is the colour and style I had in mind for a finished product. I was thinking more of a chrome yellow finish. I like the rounds and I know its a sin to chop up a west front end but it needs fenders and I have a feeling behind the cowl lies some not very friendly metal... Here is a photography for reference.

Haha its by no means going to be quick.. Being a full time student, working as much as possible and owning a MK4 takes up alot of time and money, but I'm hoping that once the mk4 is ready to go after winter I will have more time.
