Depends on how careful you want to be... anywhere from 20mins to 1hr per fender. Typically you use an actual fender roller, but you can also use PVC pipe or a baseball bat along with a heat gun. Plenty of write ups online...
For the sake of your fenders, if you are doing a tighter V or pinch, seal the V with silicon or windshield glue... so you dont end up with rust bubbles and having to replace your fenders.

Tip:
Dont touch the rear. Thats why I repainted and pulled them completely.......

Also can be done with a heat gun and rubber mallet, but definitely take the time to properly heat it up so your paint doesnt crack.Patryk
