20's on a jetta?

I was just wondering if 20inch rims would be possible to put on a mk4(02 jetta) any1 know what the max size on rims are for this car?

15s-winters
16s-winters
17s- track or comfortable street setup
18s- more for show but do give better handling
19s- 90% for the looks
20s- bling bling ballin style not made for a VW leave 20s to the SUVs and Mercs

LOL, thanks you guys! I just thought that 20's might of been possible by the way it looks with my 18s on there,( not dropped, still on stock suspension.)

Well technically anything less than 25 inches is possible - but 19's is as big as anyone goes (and expects to drive). There may be a 20 somewhere on vortex but I haven't seen it.

yah there are a couple guys in europe with 20" wheels on their mk4's.

it all depends on the width of the wheel and how low you are I guess. 20's will fit, but you can't go very low.

If you ask me, Excessively large wheels (ie. 20" and above) only look good on trucks, SUV and other naturally "large" vehicles. It really depends on the aspect ratio of the vehicle to the wheels. Too large of wheels on a small car will look dumb. On the flipside, small wheels on a big SUV also look retarded. I guess it's whatever you like, but that is my two cents worth.

Then again, this is from a guy on 18's?
