Hey I was checking kijiji and seen that this car is for sale. I have always wanted an R and now that there is one in Calgary in the colour I want it is making me think. Anyone have some background information on it? Does it belong to someone on the forum?

Low mileage and stock. Does it matter? I'd say do it, could it be a lemon r32??? Doubtful.

These dont exist. OP, just remember all MK4 .:R32's are american, so it may have 50000 miles (80000kms). Either way, I think for the price its a good deal

Definitely has to be miles. I wouldn't let mine go for $22,500. Nice car though if it's legit. Let us know how it turns out!

def 50,000 miles, i think this is the car i see all the time near scfc, looks pretty clean but get George to look at it first for an inspection before going any further.

Went and took a look at it tonight. From what I could tell in the lower light the car is gorgeous. Defiantly the sales manager of SCFC old R32, thanks a lot Eric for letting me come take a look.

I remember toying with the idea back in July but walked away because of the milage. Car looked great in SCFC showroom. Had a couple of dings on the passenger door and was scuffed up a little under the front bumper. Also had some wiring hanging out from a previous ICE install I think but overall looked good. Not sure about the asking price - think it might be a few grand over the odds. It's going to have to be a cash transaction to because I doubt any bank is going to loan anywhere near $20,000 on that car because of it's age.
