Like 10 years ago I used to go solely to 5th ave still at old location. They tightened my wheels so tight that when I got a flat on the TransCanada, no one could get the wheel off. Even the tire place said the wheels were on too tightly, and would be physically impossible to remove them without an impact gun. They did not want pay my towing bill so I never went back. Bigger loss for them.

Once I had a problem with a service advisor at Northland, so I called VWoC on him, and never given me problems after that. I tell them when I want the car done by, it gets done.

Parts are cheaper than what 5th Ave charges.

George at Tunedub does a good job, he has done a bunch of work for me in the past and I have had no issues. Minus a persistent bead issue with some Aristos I bought off of him.

I'll vouch for Fifth Ave over any other dealership in calgary. Bought both my vehicles brand new from northland but will not take my cars there to get serviced. Northland was extremely unorganized, not friendly, and difficult to deal with. Malstrom at fifth ave has provided quality service numerous times and would strongly recommend him. Cant speak for southland but you wont go wrong at fifth ave.
