hands free bluetooth for 09 Tiguan

With the advent of the Distracted Driving Law my wife wants to get the Bluetooth hands free option installed in her vehicle. I just called SSFC and they quoted me $420 for part# 1K0051473 plus 2 hours install. ECS has the same part for $277.00. So is it worth it to get the OEM part or should I stick with the Garmin GPS with the Bluetooth option that we already have?

Just bought a couple of those rocketfish units..one for the gf and one for my old mans winter beater (loaded 2011 ranger..no come with the bt?.)
