So this morning, as I was firing up the .:R... my wife says to me "Why do you do that?"
I responded in kind... "Why do I do what?"
She then went on to inform me that I make sure that the driver's door is either still open or that the driver's window is at least partially rolled down before firing up the car. Apparently (according to her) most "normal" people don't do that. Of course, I called BS and said that most "normal" people don't do that because they aren't "car guys/girls". Enjoying the sweet sounds of your prized piece of machinery burbling and warbling just off idle has got to be at least one sign that you treat your car as something more than just an appliance that takes you from Point A to Point B. Seriously now. Any real, self-respecting car guy/girl would do this some of the time if not all the time. ...right?!
So it is with this that I ask you: Are you a car guy/girl... or aren't you?!
