turn signals as DRL's

anyone on here running there signal lights as DRL's. theres a write up to tex about it, but buddys wires are different colours from the standard mk4 golf that ive seen.

just curious as to what you did...if in fact your running signals as DRL

I know there is a way to do it via VAG-COM. But I cut the yellow and the grey wire (IIRC) then spliced the two over. Grey to Yellow and Yellow to Grey. I have a Jetta but I'm sure that it is the same.

yea i think the guy on vortex had a jetta aswell. my passenger side wires are the same. gray and yellow but the divers side wires are different colours. was just wondering what people did.
