Depo boost gauges

Just wondering if anyone on here is running a depo boost gauge in there vw. I saw these at mopac, look very interesting. Could anyone give me some more information about running these. Would it basically be just the same as a vdo gauge as far as wiring it? Any info at all would be greatly appreciated.

A boost gauge is a boost gauge.

Mechanical just run a vacuum line to your manifold and run 12v to the gauge to light it up

Electric run vacuum to the sender, run the sender wires to the gauge, and 12v for power

With regards to mechanical boost gauges; some boost gauges buzz, others do not. I recommend a New South boost gauge, I have no experience with the Depo gauge, is there anything that makes it different?

A depo gauge is very very similar to defi gauges. I as well have no experience with both defi or depo. Right now I have a new south gauge. Just wanted to switch things up haha

Maybe check out prosport as well they seem similar from what I looked at but they do not flash different colors when turned on and off. My buddy has one in his WRX and it works quite well for him.
