Membership Teeshirts?

Hey are we ever going to get our Membership Teeshirts?
Just curious...

Well I guess I can handle this question. The T-shirts have been a sort of issue for some time. The club currently does not have a huge amount of cash to pay for the shirts and we have some important expenses such as the website changes and WoW items. I am not ruling out that we will never see the shirts but it is just not feasible at this point in time we also would require a place that we can get a very good deal on the shirts if anyone has a hookup anywhere??

I hope this sort of sets things straight but I would at somepoint like to get the shirts for everyone. If anyone has suggestions or concerns please go ahead and ask.

I suppose an Idea might be find out how much it'll cost and for everyone that REALLY wants a shirt (personally I like VW swag) can kick in a few extra bucks to make it happen. I know everyone wanting one kicked in an extra 5 bucks when they got their membership but since the group of paid members is so small, it might be a bit of a stretch. Honestly, I saved that 5 bucks just by buying a couple things at C1 with my membership so if it has to go to the website or other things, I'm ok with that. my 0.02

I am not trying to sound like Scrooge, but I would like to proudly sport that NVD tshirt sooner than later. It has been an issue that has been tossed around and we should myabe even front a couple more bucks to get these. There is a site that has an ad on the 'tex I tihnk that makes shirts. Lemme find the site.

I dunno I see no huge rush, they'll come, or they won't. The 5 bucks isnt a problem.

I think it'd be key if we got them before show season so we could all wear 'em and rep NVD.

Thats a good point Paul it would be nice to have them for show season, but that still gives us a fair amount of time. The shirts on osesport are like $25 each (US I assume) so that would mean for 25 shirts we would be over $800 bucks so we need to find a way better deal then that.

You guys might want to try Wheat Buckley and his Talking Horse. I'm pretty sure that's what its called anyway. The owner (Brook) is a road racer and member of CSCC. I don't know if Bart ever joined CSCC, but if he did, maybe he could get a bit of a deal there.

Yea, that's kinda what I was saying, if we want shirts we may have to kick in some extra cash to make it happen, which I think most people would be ok with.
