So here's the thing, I was driving in this morning to work and I got this metallic clunk when I applied the brakes. It sounds like it’s coming from the front left brake (driver's side). Unfortunately, like most car noises it can be hard to isolate while driving.
The noise is easy to hear and it occurs just as pressure is applied on the brakes.
Have not got a chance to look at it yet, I'm thinking it's most likely the stupid slider pin, don't think I have to go as far as replacing the caliper but who knows..
Was hoping someone would have some information.
If you have any ideas what the problem could be please let me know.
Thanks
