Which VW engineer's idea was it to make a f'n 3L washer fluid tank. They should have made it 5L. A. So we don't have to keep filling it up every time the snow melts and B. so a 4L jug all fits.

Yah, I curse VW every time I fill up the washer tank as well. How hard would it have been to make 5L tank. I think Hella makes one in Europe that is used with their headlight washer system. The tank is 5L and extends inder the fender wall.

Seems to me, my cousin's VR6 corrado had a 7Ltr washer tank. My 95' GTI had a 4Ltr. Tanks on our mk4s are too small.

The washer light freaks me out too. The thing bings super loud every single time I start the engine.

I got a tip for you...

Why don't you try following that car in front of you a little closer?!

                  Cheers...

The 4L not fitting in is a pain, I don't like having the little bit left. I dunno I try and wipe off the spray right away while its still wet and that saves me quite alot of fluid. But the rear, seriously that thing uses up so much.
