    Very cool, but -18ºC as a threshold wouldn't help much right now at least. Granted it would work better throughout the year.

        Interesting read. I like the added effect of people not being able to talk on their cell phones while driving.

          GPS will not work either without an external antenna, i'm sure.

            great idea in theory, but this reminds me of teflon coated frying pans, one scratch (or in this case chip) and the whole pan is ruined. Wonder how this is going to stand up to real world conditions
