Was the intake as gunked up as the egr valve? if so make sure you check the head ports. I learned first hand this week that sometimes they are so bad that the head needs to come off to clean them out.Name: Brent

There was some build up on the head ports.
I don't have the time/patience to take the head off to clean it right now though
