Looks like a few lucky people in the States will be getting theirs delivered starting Jan 16th.

Anyone know when Canadian R's will be delivered, specifically Calgary?

I think the first one we get is scheduled to be here at the end of March. It belongs to a eurodrivers member as well!!!

I have one coming in - put my deposit down last January - its been a long wait!!
Right now it is in "Production Stock" status which I speculate means that it's being built. Think it should be here during March.

If it is, I would be really interested in snapping a few pictures with that member, a DBP MK4 member and myself! I think it would be awesome to see 3 generations of .:R's together.

Deffo. I ordered carbon grey however! I loved DBP on my mkv but i really like the the carbon grey GTIs iveseen around town so I opted for the change. I also think rising blue isn't quite as nice as the DBP on mkiv & mkv. Personal preference though!

I will be putting 1piece tarmacs on my:R.....Fifteen52 is hooking me up 18X8.5 offsets to be 45,38 respectively.

Not gonna lie, I thought the Golf R would be a decent car but not anymore. I assume there wont be much change between the American and Canadian models, but apparently you cannot turn off ESP.

ESP always on = no fun in the snow
