So I went through some of the TSBs on the E-bahn cd ("the official factory repair manual")
here is a TSB on aftermarket radios installations91-99-01.pdf
instead of following the above TSB all VW dealerships in Calgary verbally void your warranty but won't provide it in writing.
the TSB for my premium sound system - needs to be applied every 5-6k kms 91-01-04.pdf
I finally gave up on the premium panasonic hunk of $#%E^ that VW put in the cars.
