    Yes VW did do a recall on coils. The Company that built them screwed up and they will eventually go! I had all of mine replace at Vanee motors by Tim. You should make sure you get yours done, if you have a newer car.

    yep everyone knows about this by now, and got a letter in the mail, except me.

        Funny - I originally went to SCFC about my coils, but they told me that they were not the ones that were defective. Then when I went for my service at 5th Ave they did a full coilpack replacement on recall. Oh well. Free coils.

          I also had a 337 up til a few weeks ago and I never had the coils changed but I did get a letter telling me they would be chnaged at the next service, just never made it to that service point. But hey no one better then Tim to take care of you down there in the hat

            NL is replacing mine on my 24k service (which wont be for months since the car is parked)

                no mike is gonna keep his in perfect summer condition same as derek.. i hope my front end stays decent but I think i'm gonna buy a whole new front end as a summer front and keep my current as a winter front..

                    oh sorry kris if i typed funny i meant I will keep my entire stock bumper and black lip as the winter front then buy a entire new bumper and rub strip from C1 then put my pzwo onto it an mold it possibly but that might cost some serious dough
