Electrical woes

OK, I had posted about my phantom rear wiper going off occasionally. It happened again on the weekend but I also lost my front wipers and ability to activate the washer fluid pump. A quick check showed a blown fuse so I replaced it and had wipers for about 30 seconds. I pulled on the stock to spray some washer fluid and the fuse blew again. Any ideas what I should be looking at to find the source of the problem? I suspect I need a new stock but want to know if there is anything else I should try before tracking one down.

I doubt it's related, but I installed my Evoms intake just before the problems started.

Could be some cracked wire sheathing somewhere that are shorting out. You can look up where the wires run in the bentley and maybe do some searching from there. If you are blowing fuses you more then likely have something intermittently rubbing to metal.

Check the rubber boot from the body to the hatch, peel that back and check the wires in there, they crack there all the time.

The one in each corner of the hatch when it's popped? It makes sense that they would be flexed more opening and closing the hatch. I'll start the investigation next week when I'm back in town. Until then the car will sit in the garage since it has no front wipers ATM.
