Either tap into the intercooler pipe or get the sandwich plate that goes between the throttle body and the intake manifold.

I don't know what size it is, or what your experience is with machining, but I would suspect you'll want to create a threaded hole. This is done by drilling a hole to a certain size (Depending on the tap) and then "Tapping" The hole; which is basically threading the tap into the hole, thus "Cutting" threads as it enters.

More then likely, I would suspect the nozzle to be a pipe thread (NPT) which is tapered slightly, to allow for a self sealing fit when you tighten it.

Pipe taps are labeled according to what the inside diameter of the pipe. A 1/8 pipe tap is about the size of a 3/8 regular tap.

I've got taps and drills at work, or you can get them at crappy tire. But first you should find out the thread on the nozzle. I'm betting it's 1/8NPT Just a guess though.

Also, if you drill into the pipe, you have metal chops inside of it, so you will need a way to evacuate them.

He is trying to put it into the oem rubber hose, i would assume getting a small section of pvc or metal pipe and clamping it in between the oem hose and throttle giving like a inch extension you can mount the nozzle too.
