oh darn, thought it might be this black one by my house, after a couple days of sitting the rear end will be tucking, and in the winter its worse it won't even stay up overnight.

sounds like the one i owned, almost exactly. minus the control units and a few various wiring issues.

Last 3 cars I sold were all sold for asking price. I pick the lowest price I'd accept and post that. No Bsing around, no negotiations. If a buyer is serious they'll pay the full price if they like that car rather than screw around with an artificially raised price that allows for negotiations...

You obviously haven't sold a car in Vancouver.

In terms of whether or not to leave haggle room, I've seen it both ways. But the norm seems to be leaving haggle room, so if you are specifically NOT going to do so, then I think you need to incorporate that into what you price it at and then be clear in your ad that the price is totally firm. Otherwise you run the risk of people being 'intersted' on the presumption that they can get the said $500-$1500 off of list -- and hence their and your time gets wasted when everything's cool except you can't swing a deal b/c of price.

And while the 'no BS' seems appealing, I think for a lot of people the psychology of it dictates that they feel like it's a better deal if they can haggle when buying... For many buyers, there's a lot of emotion in the process.
