Driving yesterday, and started to notice a rough idle while stopped at a light.

Couldn't make full boost, MIL came on.

Checked some forums, either the PVC, Coilpacks, or DV. Could be a combination of all.

This morning, I removed the Eurojet PCV valve and put back the OEM; idle seems normal, but still can't hit full boost.

I brought the car to Northland VW, and they're gonna run a scan. Hopefully the cover it under warranty, since I've only got $60 to my name LOL!!

I said I had an intake and Aftermarket motor mounts; Dude said as long as it's not related to thise things, it should be covered.

Anyone with a MKV Experience these symptons?

Are Northland good to deal with in terms of Warranty, and mods?

My experience, they are fine to deal with, but they could not diagnose a burnt out brake light properly without hurting themselves. Good luck....

        I figure it's a DV fail too.

        Let's hope they warranty it.

Just got off the phone with Northland. They said they have a cam sensor on order. Gonna bring the GTI back in on Thursday or Friday. all under Warranty. **** yeah.

            Re: Mil

Just had this replaced under warranty:

            Camshaft position sensor 07K-907-601

Definatley noticable, previously it felt like there was something not perfect, as the APR tune just never seemed to pull as hard. But with no VAG-COM to do logging, or check soft codes, I didn't know until the MIL.

We'll it's better now, gotta get some 94 at Husky for the 94oct file. Car pulls much smoother now. Gotta wait for the ECU to readjust.

Spiked to 23psi on the 91oct file, still ECU still needs to readjust. I let off at that point, the DV is defiantley good though!

            Some symptoms I think are:

            -Power doesn't feel "Smooth"
-"Clunking" under throttle. ie, boost would spool, and the timing would suddenly kick in creating a noticable "clunk"
