Well So 3 years ago i sold my 4 door 2002 golf and bought a prelude... WORST choice i have ever made car wise. So I am back on the market for a MKIV golf or jetta. Something i can load the car up and be able to go to the mountains or on road trips with a half decent amount of room in the car.
So the whole scene has changed alot since than, and like my 240sx i had i am obsessed with flush wheels. I searched VWvortex and couldn't find a fitment thread with tire specs and wheel specs like the one we have on zilvia.
So of course the first things i will be buying is FK street coilovers and wheels (basically will be driving over to concept 1 right after i pick up the car).
So here is what i know now, 8.5 et 25+/- is a good size up front and i plan on buying the same for the back so i have the option of rotating, but the back will be spaced out. What are some good tire sizes for a 16x8.5 or a 17x8.5?
If you guys have anything to refer to as well that would be great. Thanks a bunch !!!
