Burning oil after long idle?

Noticed lately that my 1.8t burns some oil if i let it idle for maybe 10 minutes then take off. It seems like when i idle oil is pooling then when i drive off it burns. Would this be the turbo oil seals? happen to anyone before?

PS: when i drive around and stop for normal amounts of time it burns nothing.
