takes a while. i may resubmit my request or even just take it to dealer, let them deal with it. i DID just buy a car from them. i'd think they'd be cooperative.

When did you send it your receipts ? I sent mine a little over a month ago to audi, wonder if the time frame will be about the same?

I got a letter last year informing me. But I got nothing so far in terms of booking the car for the recall.....

Doesn't VW just take care of this when you go in for regularly scheduled maintenance (assuming you get this done at the dealership)? ???

I just got a reply (I submitted my parts) and they are asking for proof of payment (which I already included with the request yeesh).

So I will fax that on Monday and see where that goes.

I don't go to the dealership unfortunately. I take it to Tube Dub for maintenance/oil changes.

That is where I had the work done and I still got my reimbursement.
