      I have the touring cupkit which uses the sport springs. The drop is subtle and functional. If you search on some of the mkv forums, a lot of people are running super sports with stock shocks/struts.

            you can always U-Wrench. Should be able to easily do it in 4 hours with a hoist.

            I did my A4 in my garage on Tein SS's and it only took me 3 1/2 hours by myself, while watching my 2 year old son hide my tools in his wagon.

            Get an illustrated DIY off of VW Vortex or something and you will be good to go
