When is a good time to schedule a BBQ meet?

Weekend afternoons are best for me. Saturday or Sunday.

Whenever...You should just pick a date and see if everyone can make it. I would prefer it on a Wednesday as I have volleyball on Tues and Thurs and I am usually visiting my gf in Edmonton on every other weekend. But other than that I am free.

Seeing as it's a BBQ/GTG thing, a weekend would probably work best. The only time I cannot make it is the weekend of the 11th. I'll be in Vancouver until the 14th. Otherwise, anytime is good, I can always, ahem, call in sick for work, or take a personal day from school.

Yep, I'm good for any weekend except this sunday and next sunday. Got the beyond meet and then a photoshoot for silent rage...Peter man, figure it out before the snow flies!
