Alight thanks guys I have a rear sway bar from tune dubs on order for $100, but they want me to pay $300 for a set of four GTI Springs which seems really expensive. And vee dubbin will probably install the sway bar for me
thanks boosted I may contact you to maybe do a patch job for me? How would you patch that bottom? Probably wouldn't looks great haha. Plus the dealer charges rediculpus amounts!
Hey guys! Just picked up a GTI rear sway bar from Tunedub, and a torque mount which hopefully vee dubbin will be able to install for me !!! Tunedub said they can also sell me a set of 4 GTI Springs for $150 which seems like a pretty good deal compared to the last one of $300! But, it will cost over $400 to install these things! Is that right? If its going to cost that much ill probably just save the money for something else.

If you want it done right, you gotta pay to play. Just be glad you didn't buy an Allroad.
Changing springs is the same as changing suspension so expect the same price.

Ok thanks guy I may leave the gti springs. I just thought that wouldn't void warranty haha I'm not sure what I'll do next after my sway bar install. Im riding pretty high!
When I installed the suspension, it did take about 6 hours, but it was my first time doing it, I wasnt really rushing, and that included a trip to canadian tire for some materials.
rear took about 45 mins each side, front driver side took about 1.25 hours and front passenger side took about 2.75 hours. If you know what you're doing, and that passenger side goes smoothly, I cant see it taking more than about 4.5 hours.
It was a cup kit I installed and I must say its been great. Good luck with yours!
