ABS Sensor Brand?

I'm having issues with a front wheel speed sensor, The one wheel speed drops to zero at about 6kph and the rest slow down to zero to match the vehicle speed, it's making the abs system pulse randomly when slowing down at low speeds. Are there brands that are better than others?

No different brands the shudder is probably from the sensor too far away from the the ring. How do I know this, I have the same problem with my 2000 jetta. I had a problem with my front right abs sensor, removed the old one, but didn't remove enough of the buildup and of course the plastic sensor got stuck. I was going to break it pulling it our or trying to get it in farther. I had to do an out of province the next day and since I didn't get the abs light I just left it. I have another sensor when I feel like getting to it, but until then I enjoy the foot massage from the abs.

The ring is probably caked in rust and crapola..Needs a good cleaning

The sensor was new and the hub was new, worked fine for 5 months, just started a few weeks ago. I'll have to take a closer look.

Just remembered, check the magnetic sensor for little pieces of metal that stick to it.

Update:

The sensor was missing the bolt and had turned in the housing. I cleaned it and replaced it, now everything is working perfect.
