          no sweat. i'm not really offended, but keep in mind that dealer techs are where a lot of the help comes from. i've don't post here much because that always seems to be the attitude of most of these guys. i wouldn't tell you that IT guys are idiots who can't spell computer, and then need advice setting up my email.

                I think part of the problem is you don't deal with the tech working on your car you deal with some service person that has no idea what is wrong is what was done to the car in the end other then what is written on the report (no offence to those that work in the position). It is not like taking it to a private shop like Berts or tunedub where you actually talk to someone that likely worked on your car and knows a ton about them.
