This can be done at aftermarket shops as well FYI. I have been printing off submission forms for customers when their coils die, and Volkswagen Canada has no choice but to accept them and send back re-reimbursement.

I'd be leary about that one the Customer has to provide information that he was stranded and could'nt get into a dealer.

I did not get letter yet, called dealer and nothing is on file for my car and it is a 2003 20th but from the states :S. hope they wont be twats about it and not do mine.

i got mine in the mail a month or so ago, sent it in, and then got the same letter again a few weeks later...
anyone else?
should i do this twice?

I believe you have a year from the start of the recall. Not sure when it started however but it must be getting very close, if not past
